Hello World!

Meet Tigerlilly

We are (left to right) Mandy (owner/designer/website/marketing), Andi (designer/jewelry maven),
and Hoang (custom jewelry/vintage)

Tigerlilly was thought up back in 2000 when Mandy started thinking about
getting married to her now-husband, Tyler. If you're a bride to be, then you probably
also search the internet obsessively looking at all things wedding related.
Mandy became completely enamored with headpieces and began to make them.
Still in school at the time, Mandy set up a little website called customtiaras.com
where she sold her creations.

Mandy and Tyler got married on May 11, 2002, and the same year,
Tigerlilly became an official business, with a license and everything! But it
was still pretty much just Mandy at home with a website.

Things really took off in 2004 when Modern Bride used several
Tigerlilly pieces in a fashion spread:

Mandy hired her sister-in-law Beth and friend Amy and off to NY they went
to start showing to stores and the press at the WeddingChannel Couture Show.

Mandy, Beth and Amy were the original Tigerlilly girls - Beth and Amy
established our wholesale program, which eventually grew to more than
130 stores worldwide selling the Tigerlilly brand. Today Beth and Amy
are living in Baltimore across the street from eachother and still keep up with
Tigerlilly's adventures.

The next era of Tigerlilly was Mandy, Sasha and Hoang.
Hoang came on board just as the wholesale program was taking off and
helped Mandy make all of the jewelry. Sasha took over the sales role.
Here, Sasha and Hoang are modeling pieces from the Dollface collection.

Our work is now seen everywhere - all of the major bridal magazines regularly
feature Tigerlilly designs in their editorials, we've been featured on several
TV shows including an appearance by Mandy on Wedding Gown Secrets Revealed,
and we show our collections on the runway each season at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.

After much deliberation, in 2009 Tigerlilly decided to stop selling our products
through our network of over 100 retail stores. We love working directly with brides,
and we feel that by doing so we can provide the very best service and value.
We now sell everything through our website and our studio/showroom
in downtown Richmond, VA.

We create everything here in our studio and we ship worldwide.
Every piece is specially made to order, so we can change just about anything
to personalize and customize for you.
