Richmond Bride

The Fall 2009 Issue of Richmond Magazine hit the stands last week. I went to grab a copy at the local Barnes and Nobles to see the shoot that Tigerlilly was featured it.

It looks absolutely fabulous! The photographer Todd Wright did a great job of captivating the “brides” in an outdoor romantic scene. Tigerlilly pieces were included on the cover and styled through out the shoot; pieces were set delicately into updos and long locks by Heather Tanton (also the designer of mother and daughter jewelry).

Lush greens and red bricks take up the background of the shoot’s venue and contrast well against the white/ivory gowns, latest for fall bridal trends. Considering the fact that Richmond is still quite warm through September and early October the outdoor shoot is perfect. Its also so great to show local southern brides how excellent Richmond locations are for weddings, such as the courtyard pictured here.

Tigerlilly pieces from the Woodland Nymph collection go perfectly with the scenery and overall feel of the shoot. All gowns and accessories are also from local Richmond boutiques!
