The Baxley dress by Maggie Sottero is a V neckline bridal gown with floral and leafy lace detail. It has a dramatic, open back and a gorgeous scalloped lace cutout train.
The dress has a feminine and sexy vibe, so I wanted to draw attention to the face with a pair of long, sparkly earrings that will elongate the neck. I went with a subtle leaf motif to coordinate with the lace in the dress. The leaves and pear shaped post are crystal stones surrounded by halos of smaller clear crystal stones, which add to the overall shimmer of the look.

A necklace could work with this gown. I would choose one with a center pendant, instead of a design going all the way around the neck. A back drop would be a nice way to accentuate the open back of the dress. However, I like the statement earrings to draw the eye up - I think there's enough going on with the bodice and straps of the dress that it doesn't require a necklace to look finished.
I would add a bracelet - the Auden bracelet would be a perfect match - and perhaps a feminine and floral hair comb to tie everything together.
