The Josefina gown from Morilee's Blu collection is a dramatic ball gown with a sweetheart neckline. All eyes are on the ruffled tulle skirt, which gives serious Carrie Bradshaw vibes. It's an over the top, feminine fairy tale of a dress, and we love it!
Josefina is available in two shades, ivory/porcelain and bellini, which is a gorgeous pale blush pink shade. We are basing this styling session on the bellini color, by using a blush pink crystal. Since most of the drama is happening in the skirt, we wanted to pair the dress with a pretty, feminine, sparkly, but not overpowering pair of earrings.
We came up with the Bellini earrings, a simple simulated diamond stud with a gorgeous pale blush crystal drop fit for a princess.
A simple necklace works well with this dress - a pendant style to match the earrings, or a simple diamond solitaire on a light cable chain. And if ever there were a tiara moment, here it is!
