We want you to love your Tigerlilly jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it. All returns must follow the return policy below.

Items must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. To make a return, please call us or email returns@tigerlillyjewelry.com. We will issue you a return authorization number. Box up your jewelry, print this number on the outside, and send it back to:

A few notes:

1. Our jewelry is fragile. It's very well-made and sturdy and we stand behind it for normal wear, but it might not withstand being shipped back without proper packaging. That means, it needs to be wrapped in the same tissue it was shipped in, with the same inner and outer box. If the outer shipping box is not available, a new outer box is fine, but be sure to wrap the inner box with bubble wrap or mailing peanuts to keep it safe.
   
   
2. Every order is handcrafted for you. That means that when you return an item, in most cases that item cannot be resold because it has been customized for you. So, we request that if you are ordering in quantities of more than 1, (like for bridesmaids jewelry) that you first order a single sample to be sure that it is going to work for you.
   
   
3. A 25% restocking fee applies to multiple item returns. If you order 2 or more of the same piece of jewelry (like jewelry for bridesmaids) and decide to return them, the 25% restocking fee is applied. We strongly encourage you to order a single item first to make sure that you love it before ordering the rest. We also offer free color samples for all of our crystals and pearls, so you can see exactly what a color looks like in person before ordering a large quantity of jewelry.
4. A 25% customization fee applies to any returns on items that have been customized for you. That means, any piece where we changed the length, color, or stone used.
5. We regret that we cannot accept returns after the wedding date.
