Are you having trouble choosing between 2-3 pieces?
Would it make your life a million times easier if you could see our designs in person?
We know, we know... it's so hard to choose!
That's why we are launching a new
{ try it on }
program.
Up until now, you've always been welcome to try things on, in a way -
you could order several pieces, try them on, and return the ones that you didn't want.
Of course, you can still do that now.
The downside of that was that you had to pay for all of the pieces beforehand,
something that could end up costing quite a lot of money on your credit card!
So, in an effort to help you be able to try on more items,
we have a new coupon code:
tryiton
If you type that code into the shopping cart during checkout,
it will take 50% off your order.
The idea is, you'll get to try on more items without having to put down
as much money, knowing that you'll be returning items anyway.
Just so that we're clear:
We're not giving a 50% discount on all of our jewelry!
When you return the pieces that you don't want, we will figure out the difference
of what you paid and what you're keeping. There are a few scenarios here -
1 } the value of the jewelry you are keeping is worth more than what you paid for everything,
in which case we will charge your card the difference
2 } the value of the jewelry you are keeping is worth less than what you paid for everything,
so we'll refund your card the difference
3 } the value of the jewelry you are keeping is worth exactly waht you paid for everything,
in which case no additional money changes hands.
To illustrate:
1 } Andi can't decide between the vega necklace ($250) and the thistle drop necklace ($120).
She orders both for a total of $370, but uses coupon code tryiton
at checkout, so she only pays $185
We send her both necklaces, and she decides to keep the vega and return the thistle drop.
She sends back the thistle drop, and we charge her card $65,
which is the difference between what she paid ($185) and the cost of the vega necklace ($250).
2 } Andi ordered both of the above necklaces, but decides she wants to keep the less expensive
thistle drop necklace for $120. She sends us back the vega, and we credit her card $65,
which is what she paid ($185) minus the cost of the thistle drop ($120).
Scenario 3 would only happen if you order 2 items that are the same price.
3 } Andi orders the Octavia necklace ($45) and the Luella necklace ($45)
for a total of $90, but she enters coupon code tryiton
which brings the total down to $45.
She decides to keep the Luella and sends back the Octavia.
She's already paid $45 for the Luella so we're all straight.
There's no limit to the number of pieces you can put in your cart
and try on!
After you place your order, a we will give you a call to verify
your order and get a credit card to have on file.
This card with be credited or charged based on
which items you decide to keep and which you return.
You must decide and return the items to us within 10 business days of receipt.
I know, I know, a lot of explaining!
It's a fairly new concept, we haven't seen it done online before,
so we want to make sure it's completely clear the way it works.
If you have any questions at all, please let us know!
The reason we're doing this is so that it's more affordable to try on multiple items
knowing that you'll be returning some.
Gotta watch that credit card balance when you're planning a wedding!
